Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items received damaged. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with clear photos. Once approved, we will offer a full refund or exchange, subject to availability. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned within 5–10 days. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. For international orders returned to Kuwait because customs duties or taxes are not paid, no refund or exchange will be issued.
