International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. For any transit issues, please contact DHL directly.

Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund.

Processing & Delivery

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Pre-order items may take up to 10 business days.

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing and delivery may take longer.

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
